John Tsang (Project Manager / Experiential Facilitator)
Professional Background
With a background of well-known and respected mountaineering expert and the 3rd Hong Kong person to reach the summit of Mt. Everest, John is also an expert in experiential training. He has led various experiential training programmes for the Government of HKSAR, corporate, and education sectors. John is delivering training in leadership, teambuilding, personal development, communication skill, and management skill. John has trained over thousands people through training programmes every year.
John has experience of delivering training for public and private sectors as a key facilitator, such as Customs and Excise Department, Civil Service Training & Development Institute, General Grades Office, Education Bureau, Water Supplies Department, Transport Department, HSBC, and McDonald’s Restaurants (Hong Kong) Limited. He is also a Programme Director of Certificate in Adventure Education Train for Trainers programme, SCOPE, City University of HK.
With his over 18 years leading outdoor education training background, John also granted the recognition as a senior rope course instructor, sport climbing instructor, and Leave No Trace master, He also is a NLP Practitioner.
Track Record
Beside John work as facilitator for experiential training programme, he already conquered the peaks of five continents and two over 8,000meteres mountains, and has being an expedition leader to lead participants to overcome wild challenge. Since 1991, he already held international mountain expeditions & adventure tours for 25 times, that took place all over the world, such as, Japan, Malaysia, Canadian Rockies, New Zealand, Tibet, Russia, Kenya, Argentina, Alaska, Nepal.
As a mountaineering expert and with his training experience, John would be able to use his unique experience & training skills to inspire confidence in the participants to overcome all the challenges in the future.

Elton Lam (Core Facilitator)
Professional Background
With a background of a master NLP Trainer and a registered Clinical Hypnosis Therapist, Elton is also specialized in advising the busy executives how to maintain a balance in life and promote the harmony- working environment. He has led various seminars for public and corporate. Elton is delivering training in communication skill, management skill, presentation skill, leadership skill and personal wellness coaching. Elton has coached over thousands people either through seminars or workshops.
Elton has experience of working and delivering training such as Credit Suisse, Hung Fook Tong, Achiever Track, Manulife (Kowloon East), Phoelia (Far East) Ltd., Hong Kong Institute of Education, Hong Kong Family Learning Association, Hong Kong Institute of Hotel Management and University of Northern Virginia. Elton is being a personal coach of the owner of Mr. Glass in China.
Beside he had been educated as a computer programmer; he also granted the recognition as a holistic therapist as holding certificates of image consultant, nutrition advisor, color therapy, hypnosis therapy and massage therapy. With a background of Human Resources professional in different multi-national corporate, Chiu is specialized in experiential training. He has organized and delivered various training programme for public, private, and education sectors. Chiu is delivering training in team building, leadership, communication skill, management skill, and personal development.
Chiu has experience of designing and delivering training for well-known corporate and the Government of HKSAR, such as HSBC, McDonald’s Restaurants (Hong Kong) Limited, JP Morgan, National Australia Bank, Customs and Excise Department, Immigration Department, General Grades Office, and Education Bureau.
Beside Chiu had been educated as a HR professional; he also granted the recognition as an adventure trainer, challenge course instructor, and rope access & rescue operator.
